Job summary

Blue Dart Express Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Surface Hubs to helm the strategy, design and governance of its surface hub network across India. You will drive national strategy, capacity planning and network optimization for hubspan India.

The role requires 12–15 years in surface operations with multi-hub/multi-region experience and a track record in throughput improvements and cost productivity. Pan India location with significant travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 12 to 15 years of experience in surface operations or large-scale logistics networks.
• Experience managing multi-hub / multi-region operations in express logistics, e-commerce or freight networks.
• Proven track record in throughput improvement and cost productivity.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Operations.
• MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
• Strong capacity planning, operational analytics, productivity engineering and network flow management.
• Strategic thinking and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive national strategy, capacity planning and network flow design for surface hubs.

• Own hub KPIs including throughput, TAT, cycle time and dwell time.
• Drive cost productivity across manpower, equipment and infrastructure.
• Lead automation, mechanization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure safety, compliance, risk management and operational excellence.
• Provide functional leadership to regional hub heads and operations teams.
• Build strong stakeholder partnerships across Network Planning, IT, Engineering, Finance, Safety and Commercial teams.
