Job summary

PVH Corp., the global fashion company behind Calvin Klein, is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Planning Analyst in India. You will lead the monthly core buy process, consolidate regional demand into a single global buy recommendation, and partner with factories to align capacity and delivery timing.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly core buy process consolidating regional demand into a global buy recommendation.
• Summarize global and regional buys, providing leadership with visibility into key changes, decisions, delivery outlook, and supply risks.
• Partner with factories to align production capacity, delivery timing, and order prioritization with regional demand and need by dates.
• Monitor supplier plan adherence and proactively address capacity constraints and delivery risks.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, supplier performance, and ways of working.
• Partner directly with vendors throughout the implementation of a new collaboration tool to drive successful adoption across the vendor base.
• Support speed-to-market models by aligning demand, capacity, and delivery plans with accelerated business timelines.
• Lead, develop, and manage Senior Supply Planning Analysts.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job:

• Lead the monthly core buy collaboration process for all product categories, consolidating regional demand into a single global buy recommendation
• Summarize global and regional buys, providing leadership with visibility into key changes, decisions, delivery outlook, and supply risks
• Partner with factories to align production capacity, delivery timing, and order prioritization with regional demand and need by dates
• Monitor supplier plan adherence and proactively address capacity constraints and delivery risks

Experience

• Prior experience with supervising and developing direct reports
