POSITION SUMMARY

All brands strategy, product development and innovation are led and driven by certain PVH affiliates in the US with respect to products under the Calvin Klein, and Tommy Hilfiger sold in NA, Asia and SA; and in the Netherlands with respect to products bearing the Tommy Hilfiger Europe, Calvin Klein Europe with respect and sold in the Asia region. The position in this job description helps the above-mentioned PVH related parties meet their operating and strategic needs.

  • Supply Planner is accountable for achieving operational excellence by negotiating with vendors to achieve a high On Time Availability in DC during the planning phase, whilst optimizing vendors capacity utilization, monitoring work in progress and effective exception management.
  • The incumbent will support Supply Planning to achieve each PVH’s regional market’s demand needs through timely communication of supply projections to vendors, managing vendor capacity and SMV’s in planning systems, understanding & building visibility for forecast vs offered capacity based on vendors constraints/capabilities, close monitoring of production progress at factories within your assigned hub and enabling timely issue resolution. Support system administration and contribute to the improvement of operational KPI. You will also collaborate with strategic RM planning to support speed and flexibility.
  • The incumbent will contribute to the PVH+ Plan.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Drive seasonal planning process with vendors for both EU and NA, leading to a high OTA (EU), high in DC (NA)
  • Collaborate with vendors to report on key production metrics like weekly production volume, factory utilization and monitor progress.
  • Negotiate with vendors based on PVH requested ACD’s.
  • Continuously collaborate with vendors on reducing end to end lead time
  • Create analyses to demonstrate over/under capacity utilization always contextualizing the variables in product, volume, fabric that create potential risk/reward scenarios for business.
  • Execute supply chain optimization opportunities such as speed models, postponement, advancement, expediting, consolidation, segmentation, vendor reduction.
  • Build relationships with key internal (fulfillment, sourcing, business teams) and external (regional hubs, vendors) stakeholders through formalized collaboration and partnership.
  • Provide analysis to support and help drive monthly integrated business planning (IBP) process to highlight where supply is constrained and scenarios and recommendations on how to address.
  • Facilitate and support all strategic initiatives/projects/goals owned by the team.
  • Collaborate with Supply planning teams across regionally to manage capacity and resolve supply constraints.
  • Provide analysis support to the team based on the business needs and achieve operational excellence.

  • Timeliness, accuracy and tracking of tasks and process to support on-time garment production which impacts the division’s budgetary goals and objectives.

  • Ability to take inputs across different businesses and integrate with analysis results to reach conclusions and decisions for supply chain initiatives
  • Provide recommendations, guide and influence teams to make decisions in an effective and timely manner

  • Ability to get things done and resolve issues, knowledgeable and adaptable to systems, advanced Excel, ability to make connections and build business relationships with different stake holders.
  • Must produce creative ways to manage and process new sets of data from sales and demand planning.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education & Experience
  • 3-5 years of business experience, minimum 1-3 years in Supply Chain management roles, including: production planning, manufacturing, inventory management, operations, sourcing/procurement, supply chain
  • Consumer products company experience preferred, especially a fast-moving, multi-channel consumer goods business with global manufacturing/sourcing. Apparel or like product manufacturing or sourcing is not required but highly desirable.
Experience
  • 3+ years of industry experience required in supply chain, preferably apparel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or analytics related Business degree.
Education
  • 3+ years of industry experience required in supply chain, preferably apparel.

  • JDA Collaborate/ESP highly preferred.
