Job summary

GEDU India is seeking a Strategy & Operations leader in Noida for a full-time onsite role. You will partner with the Country Head to define strategic priorities, translate them into actionable roadmaps, and drive high-impact initiatives including market entry and partnerships.

A strong MBA and 5–7 years in strategy/consulting are required. You will build business cases, insights, and dashboards to track progress and scale growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in strategy, consulting, or transformation roles.
• MBA from Top Tier B-Schools in India.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• Understanding of education sector, GTM, and growth strategy.
• Ability to thrive in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment.
