Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology delivery with leadership in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Technology Leadership roles.
• Proven experience designing and governing enterprise-scale, production-grade solutions.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and modern cloud-native architectures.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, integration architectures, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and deployment strategies.
• Experience defining and implementing non-functional requirements including security, scalability, availability, performance, and disaster recovery.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

About The Role

As a Senior Manager – Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect, you will lead the design and governance of enterprise-scale, production-grade technology solutions that enable business transformation and innovation. You will be a key member of the Architecture and Engineering leadership team, collaborating with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering, security, infrastructure, and operations teams.

You will have the opportunity to shape technology strategy, define future-state architectures, and guide the delivery of scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions. This role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on architecture leadership while driving technology excellence across complex enterprise environments.

In This Role, You Will

• Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise platforms, applications, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Design scalable, secure, high-availability, and production-grade cloud-native solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and reusable design patterns.

• Drive architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and solution approval processes.
• Ensure solutions meet key non-functional requirements including security, performance, reliability, scalability, and compliance.
• Partner with engineering, security, data, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver strategic technology outcomes.
• Mentor architects and technical leaders while promoting architecture best practices across the organization.

What You Must Have To Be Considered

• 12+ years of experience in technology delivery with significant experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Technology Leadership roles.
• Proven experience designing and governing enterprise-scale, production-grade solutions.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (Azure preferred), cloud-native architectures, and modern application design patterns.
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, integration architectures, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and deployment strategies.
• Experience defining and implementing non-functional requirements including security, scalability, availability, performance, and disaster recovery.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

These Will Help You Succeed

• Experience with AI/GenAI, Data & Analytics, and intelligent automation platforms.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, container platforms, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience leading large-scale cloud modernization and digital transformation programs.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance practices.
• Experience with multi-cloud, event-driven, and distributed system architectures.
• Strong mentoring and technical leadership capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior executives and drive strategic technology decisions.

Work model –
