Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Bengaluru, India is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive modernization of legacy apps into cloud-native microservices. You will define the technical roadmap and deliver milestones while mentoring teams.

You will partner with Product, Architecture, Platform and cross-functional groups to align priorities and deliver business outcomes, focusing on reliability, security and operational excellence.

• Proven engineering leadership experience managing and growing teams in a complex product environment.
