We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Manager - Social Media to lead our dynamic social media team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, client management expertise, and a sharp eye for trends to drive impactful campaigns. You will guide branding and marketing strategies, mentor teams, and ensure seamless execution of client projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead and inspire a team of executives and managers in the Social Media team, including copy and design members.
2. Guide clients in branding, positioning, and marketing implementation.
3. Oversee and execute miscellaneous requests in the daily running of accounts.
4. Present ideas to expand service offerings and enhance the firm's positioning.
5. Mentor young executives and managers to develop future leaders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 6 years of experience managing clients in a social media agency.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead by example.
• Strong strategic thinking and consulting skills; capable of keeping client projects on plan and budget.
• Ability to multitask and seek an enriching, challenging role.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
• Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
