We’ll support your learning and growth as you develop your career with us and work with people across our business to realise your fullest potential.**About the role****About the Role****Qualification:**• MBA in Sales and Marketing Experience:• 6- 8 years experience • Worked in the Alco—Bev/ FMCG industry**Knowledge & skills:**• Brand / customer marketing experience with strong execution skills • Very strong analytical skills both qualitative & quantitative • Planning, budgeting, execution and review for portfolio handled • Strong interpersonal skills and executional mind-set • Strong communication & negotiation skills • Retail activation related experience • Decisive & effective problem-solving ability • Detail orientation, strong organizational skills **Best Suited for someone who**• Who enjoys building strategy and execution, both • Can drive multiple stakeholders in-line with business ambitions • Has an innovative bent of mind to identify opportunities and come with new ideas • Is market oriented**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**1 Regional strategy planning and implementation• Strategize to prepare a Customer Marketing Annual Calendar and execute customer marketing initiatives and activations in-line with brand plans , to deliver NSV and market share ambitions for the brands handled • Lead the quarterly/annual planning in coordination with Marketing /HO Customer Marketing/ Sales team • Develop and drive visibility / activation plans channel-wise across clusters • Manage customer marketing budget for the portfolio Delivery of NSV and market share ambition for portfolio handled2 Channel management• Implement the Channel Leadership Programs with defined levers / metrics in coordination with the cluster teams • Develop visibility strategy for the respective channel and oversee execution through state customer marketing manager • Lead the annual & quarterly Channel-Brand activation planning process within the clusters and evaluate activations in the channel – Collaborate with HO Commercial Team to support Brand Building activities • Understand regional nuances in channels which are used in designing local programs 3 Budget adherence• Plan, allocate and monitor quarterly/ annual brand-wise TTL Budgets for the clusters • Follow financial protocols and procurement processes for budget utilization • Ensure marketing spend stays within the approved budgets at the regional level. Budget vs. Actual4 Brand• Drive seamless route to consumer effectiveness by building brand imagery, creating demand through consumer winning activations, perfect outlet program and leveraging USL portfolio for effective sell-out. • Ensure brand health by constantly monitoring maket share/ IOP achievements • Monitor competition activities Market share /IOP5 Performance governance• Establish a robust M&E mechanism for customer marketing initiatives • Use learning of an M&E for forward planning Winning activation portal6 Drive SNOP process• Manage communication, discussion and alignment of calendar inputs • Plan activation M&E review and linkage of inputs to volume forecasts Qualitative7 Accounting governance• Be responsible for CARM compliance, Auditory compliance, accurate provisioning • Track and review aging of provisions and Open PO/MIGO**Working with Us**Flexibility is key to our success.
