Job summary

Worldline in Mumbai seeks a Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead software product delivery and implementation engagements for large enterprise customers. You will manage end-to-end project execution, stakeholder relationships, delivery governance, and team leadership.

Responsibilities include ensuring on-time delivery, scope adherence, quality standards, Go-Live readiness, and risk management while coordinating with cross-functional teams and guiding software engineers and business

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in software product delivery and implementation within an IT product organization.
• Strong experience in Product Implementation and System Integration projects.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and product management processes.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven experience managing complex customer engagements and cross-functional teams.

• Track project progress using Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Lead and mentor teams of Software Engineers and Business Analysts.
• Manage resource allocation and project capacity planning.

Who are we looking for

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
• Experience delivering projects within the Payments, FinTech, or Banking domain.
