Role Overview

• Job Title: Senior Manager, Product Owner


• Experience Required: 10+ years total experience (minimum 8+ years as a Product Owner / Product Lead)


• Role Type: Full-time, Regular


• Location: India (Working with distributed / in-market global teams)

Key Focus & Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead product execution for Amtechs Labeling ERP product line while serving as a strategic coordinator and functional lead for the Product Owner community across both labeling and corrugated lines.

• Product Execution: Translate roadmap initiatives into epics, user stories, and actionable backlogs for the labeling ERP line. Partner closely with in-market product leadership to deliver business value.


• PO Leadership & Enablement: Guide and mentor India-based Product Owners, drive agile ceremonies (including Program Increment / PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and Reviews), set quality standards for PDLC artifacts, and establish a PO Community of Practice.


• Agile & Techno-Functional Alignment: Work hand-in-hand with tech leads, engineering, QA, and UX teams to ensure clear requirement definition and smooth sprint execution.

What We Are Looking For

• 10+ years overall experience with 8+ years specifically in Product Ownership / Product Management.


• Strong experience in agile/scrum environments, deep familiarity with PI Planning, and a track record of setting PDLC quality standards.


• Solid domain experience or exposure to ERP systems, manufacturing, packaging, or shop-floor production software.


• Proven ability to lead through influence, coach other POs, and collaborate effectively in a partner-not-owner global model across distributed teams.


• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
