DP World Mumbai is seeking an experienced Transformation Leader to drive end-to-end process redesign using Design Thinking and human-centered methods across logistics, supply chain, procurement, O2C, and finance.

You will map current-state processes, build ROI cases, and collaborate with ERP and IT teams to deliver scalable, ERP-aligned solutions while leading change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure adoption.

• Process Transformation & Design Thinking
• Lead end-to-end process redesign engagements using Design Thinking and human-centred methodologies.
• Reengineer complex business processes particularly in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Finance (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay).
• Use data insights and process mapping tools to identify root causes and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, journey mapping sessions, and ideation activities with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and redundancies in current-state processes.
• Identify automation opportunities in logistics and finance workflows using RPA, AI, and low-code tools.
• Define and support the automation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with automation and engineering teams to design solutions that are scalable and ERP-compliant.
• Develop ROI models and business cases for automation initiatives.
• Partner with Oracle Fusion ERP functional consultants and IT teams to ensure redesigned processes are aligned with system capabilities.
• Support UAT, change management, and rollout activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
• Define KPIs, performance dashboards, and monitoring mechanisms for ongoing optimization.
• Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership
• Act as a transformation advisor for leadership, providing insights and recommendations backed by data and design-led thinking.
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring adoption of redesigned processes.
• Communicate transformation results and recommendations to senior leadership.
