CTC : Maximum 25 LPA (no limit for right candidate)

Responsible for : Head Office, R&D & Plant as well

Working Hours : 9:00 AM to 6:15 PM

Job Description:

Leadership & Management:

1. The role requires taking on a significant amount of responsibility for the operation of risk processes in the business areas covered. You would form part of the leadership team for a small team of specialists who oversee the implementation of risk policy.

Financial Management and Reporting:

1. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to management.
3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Auditing and Assurance:

1. Conduct internal audits to assess financial controls, risk management, and compliance.
2. Perform statutory audits of the company’s financial records
3. Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits

Taxation and Compliance:

1. Handle tax planning, filing, and compliance.
2. Stay updated on tax laws and regulations
3. Assist in tax assessments and appeals
4. Preparation of CMA Data or Projection for client for Loan purpose & 15CA-CB Certificate and other professional certificates

Budgeting and Cost Control

1. Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance against targets
2. Implement cost-saving measures and optimize resource allocation

Risk Management

1. Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
2. Evaluate investment proposals and assess their financial viability
3. Monitor credit risk and liquidity management

Financial Analysis and Decision Support

1. Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
2. Analyze investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions
3. Assess the financial impact of business decisions

Compliance and Legal Matters

1. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
2. Handle legal documentation related to financial transactions

Collaboration and Communication

1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal
2. Communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders
3. The role involves dealing with, and challenging, a wide variety of stakeholders and their teams and assisting them to navigate risk processes.

Statutory Compliance

1. Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, accounting standards and other relevant regulations is a critical responsibility.
2. Also involve in Due Diligence for acquisition / investment.

Inventory Valuation

1. Overseeing accurate accounting for raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods.
