  • Project planning and coordination, delivery schedule preparation and progress tracking.
  • Prepare, update and circulate risk register; track estimates vs actuals.
  • Coordinate tools development and digitalization of PM processes.
  • Manage subcontractors, onboarding and vendor utilization.
  • Coordinate project documentation with HO and source; MIS reporting.

Project Planning and coordination - Preparation of delivery Schedule, Tracking of installation progress Prepare, Update and Circulate Risk Register Track System re-estimate, Cost overrun Coordinate on tools development and utilization Coordinate digitalization of the project management processes Turnback management wrt materials Project Documentation coordination with HO and Source New Subcon/Vendor development, onboarding, and utilization Project Analysis, Estimation Vs Actual.

Role expectations

Good hands-on installation and Engineering Projects experience Knowledge of project management processes, and tools Experience in budget and time tracking -Should have analytical knowledge. coordinate the 'ins and outs' like invoicing, budgeting (Estimation vs Actuals) Experience in Project coordination with key account customers (Regions and Field) for timely completions within scope, cost, and safety. Hands-on experience in project documentation, including customer sign-off Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the field , identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction. Monthly(MIS) reports to regions and senior leaders

What You Will Need to be Successful
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field..
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the elevator industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Expertise in Operations -Installation business , forecasting, and margin improvement , with a track record of successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Exposure to latest trends in Customer Service, must have sound knowledge in technical, commercial aspects as well as soft skills.
  • Be a subject matter expert (SME) and lead for other continuous improvement associates on the team.
  • Develop action plans to address deficiencies regarding safety and technical support
