We are currently looking for a Senior Manager - Media Activation to join us.

The Media Activation team comprises accredited digital practitioners responsible for executional excellence and delivering industry-leading benchmarks.

About the Paid Social team:

The Paid Social team plans and executes market-leading social advertising campaigns across various platforms. This team supports campaign execution across APAC and is based in Gurugram, India.

Introduction to the role:

We seek a paid social specialist to advance their career as a Senior Activation Manager. This person will manage daily client account activities, oversee junior team members, and ensure flawless campaign delivery. The ideal candidate has good knowledge of paid advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, TikTok, etc., and can build relationships with clients and stakeholders, becoming a trusted voice in paid social.

Reporting of the role:

This role reports to the Director, Media Activation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop social media plans aligned with client objectives, set up campaigns, ensure quality checks, monitor performance, optimize campaigns, produce performance reports, and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Client & Partner Management: Act as a key social contact, understand media and tech developments, identify testing opportunities, and maintain relationships with media partners like Meta, Twitter, Snap, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
  • People Management: Collaborate with line managers to manage junior staff, communicate effectively, and lead by example in internal meetings and training.
  • Operational Excellence: Innovate in paid social, develop testing agendas, coordinate with planning and other channel teams, and ensure timely finance processes.

About You:

  • 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing or agency roles, with a proven client or stakeholder management record.
  • Extensive experience setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns on key platforms; certifications like Meta Blueprint are a plus.
  • Experience in planning large-scale campaigns, reporting, and presenting insights.
  • Strong relationship-building, presentation skills, and a collaborative attitude. Some experience in team management or training is preferred.
