CustomerInsights.AI, a global analytics and AI-driven company, seeks an experienced Analytics professional to join its Market Access team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on life sciences data, market access analytics, and payer coverage to drive smarter decision-making.

You will analyze patient and payer level datasets, evaluate contract impact, and collaborate with Market Access, Commercial, and Analytics teams to translate insights into actionable strategies for product access and uptake.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in market access analytics or related roles in life sciences.
• Proficiency with SQL and data processing tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze life sciences data to analyze product sales trends across sell-in, sell-out across channels (Hospital, Clinic, SP, etc.), coverage trends and payer dynamics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payer & channel strategies based on analytical insights.
• Conduct pre- and post-contracting analytics to evaluate the impact of payer agreements on product access and performance.
• Utilize account level and patient level data to analyze drug distribution and identify barriers and opportunities.
• Derive actionable insights to improve patient access and product uptake in alignment with payer policies.
• Work closely with internal teams including Market Access, Commercial, and Analytics to support strategic decision-making.
• Communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
• Guide team members in translating the requirements into day to day tasks
• Validation and delivery of analytical projects

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analytics professional to join our Market Access team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in life sciences data and possess expertise in market access analytics and healthcare coverage. This role requires a deep understanding of data sources such as patient Sales, payer coverage, drug distribution process (specialty distributors/wholesaler), as well as experience in specialty pharmacy patient level data analysis to derive actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage life sciences data to analyze product sales trends across sell-in, sell-out across channels (Hospital, Clinic, SP, etc.,), coverage trends and payer dynamics

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 6+ years of experience in market access analytics or related roles within the life sciences industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytical tools and platforms such as SQL and other data processing tools.
• Domain Expertise: Knowledge of product insurance coverage, distribution models, 867, CBK, SP and other account & payer level datasets.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to work with large datasets to derive meaningful insights, particularly in the context of payer contracting and healthcare coverage.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
