Job summary

Godrej Industries Group in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Landscape Architect with 12–15 years of landscape design experience to lead planning, verify external designs, and ensure project standards across regions. The role requires coordinating with design managers and external consultants to deliver high-quality landscape outcomes aligned with product positioning.

Applicants should hold a B.Arch or M.Arch in landscape architecture and prefer real estate experience.

Qualifications

• B.Arch/M.Arch degree required; 10+ years in landscape architecture.
• Experience In Real Estate Will Be Preferred.
• Team Management experience mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design Planning & Development.
• Review and verify landscape designs from external consultants to ensure correctness and fulfilment of project requirements.
• Coordinate with design managers, regional cross-functional teams and HO design team along with external design consultants.
• Recommend design options for specific green field projects.
• Coordinate complete landscape output of marketing collaterals – renders, AV, model, etc.
• Manage landscape design quality of marketing office and show apartment per product positioning.
• Coordinate for approvals and file required documentation as per schedule.
• Coordinate with external consultants for applying for certifications.
• Site visits and standardization of design process across regions.
• Prepare templates for landscape design standards and details.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Planning & Development
• Review and verification of landscape designs proposed by the external landscape architects ensuring correctness and fulfilment of project requirements
• Interfaces with design managers, regional cross-functional teams and HO design team along with external Design Consultants
• Recommends design options for specific green field projects.
• Coordinate complete landscape output of Marketing collaterals – renders, AV, Model etc
• Manage landscape design and quality of marketing office and show apartment as per product positioning.
• Coordination for approvals
• Provides design brief and detailed requirements on the project to consultants
• Follow ups and continuous tracking on submissions
• Coordination with design manager to file required documentation as per schedule
• Coordinates with external consultants for applying for certifications.
• Coordination during project execution
• Coordinates with projects team during execution of the landscape design.
• Monitors work in progress to ensure that design is in accordance with the brief and norms
• Conduct site visit as and when required.
• Standardization of Design Process
• Prepares templates for standardization for landscape design across regions such as material list, design standards, details etc.
• Prepares and updates the template/ circular as specified. Process Process Adherence
• Complies with company defined guidelines and processes
• Adheres to project timelines Process Improvement
• Identifies processes/ procedures in own work area that need improvement
• Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity
• Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area. People Management and Development Learning and Development
• Identifies self-development needs
• Takes concrete steps to pursue self- development through training, education, projects etc.

Education

• B.Arch/M.Arch Experience:
• More than 10 years of experience in Landscape architecture .

Experience In Real Estate Will Be Preferred.
