Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist in India to provide day-to-day operational support for identity management systems, including onboarding of applications and clients and certificate renewals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely onboarding, troubleshoot issues, monitor logs, and stay current with industry best practices. Experience with SSO technologies and tools like Okta/ADFS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of proven experience supporting identity management systems and processes.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including authentication standards and protocols.
• Familiarity with industry-standard identity management tools and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide customer service.
• Certifications such as CISSP or CISM are highly desirable.
• Prior experience with ADFS and Okta preferred.
• Experience with RSA/Outseer preferred.
• Knowledge of SSO technologies (Identity Providers, ACS, Entity ID, Signature Encryption, Claims/Attributes).
• Experience with SAML 2.0, WS-FED, OIDC, and IdP/SP-initiated SSO.
