Job summary

VOIS in Pune seeks an IT Operations Authority & Readiness to ensure new services, applications, infrastructure changes and technology transformations are ready for production deployment, acting as a key connection point between Project, Engineering, Development, Vendor and Operations teams.

You will lead Operational Readiness Reviews, coordinate Go/No-Go meetings, define support models and governance, and ensure monitoring and runbooks are in place to support reliable service launches.

Qualifications

• Experienced in IT Operations, Service Management.
• Skilled in Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Service Transition processes.
• Confident managing production go-lives and large-scale transformations.
• Knowledgeable in ITIL, operational governance, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Familiar with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Azure.

• Review capacity, performance, resilience, DR, BCP and scalability requirements.

About this Role

• Familiar with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Azure
• Experience in telecom OSS/BSS, Managed Services, Oracle, CRM, Middleware, Cloud or Digital platforms would be an advantage.
