The role involves implementing a risk-based audit framework, auditing various functions such as sales and operations, and facilitating remedial actions on open audit issues. Responsibilities

• Implement a risk-based internal audit framework and execute the audit plan.
• Review and provide feedback on Risk Control Matrix of various processes.
• Audit sales, credit, collections, operations, accounts, technology, and HR functions.
• Conduct audits focusing on regulatory compliance and Internal Financial Control aspects.
• Identify areas for Continuous Control Monitoring and test deployment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for effective audit issue remediation.
• Work with Co-auditors and auditees to ensure task completion.

Job Description: Manager / Senior Manager - Internal Audit

Job role and responsibilities:

• Implementing risk based internal audit framework, preparation, and execution of audit plan, covering defined scope across policies and procedures.
• Reviewing and feedback on Risk Control Matrix of different processes.
• Auditing assigned areas across functions of lending business, like sales, credit, collections, operations, accounts, technology / systems, HR etc.
• Conduct thematic audits like regulatory compliance, Internal Financial Control aspects etc.
• Continuous Control Monitoring - identifying areas and testing/deployment.
• Work in collaboration with other internal stakeholders for facilitating open audit issue remediation's and conduct periodic verifications on the same.
• Efficiently collaborate with Co-auditors and auditee to ensure seamless coordination and completion of assigned tasks.
