Capital One India in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Manager, HRBP to lead people initiatives and talent strategy. You will partner with clients to shape HR solutions, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and drive performance and inclusion across the business.

The role requires deep HR expertise, strategic consulting capabilities, and the ability to manage complex programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s Degree or PGDM required.
• Full-time position.
• At least 11 years of client-facing experience OR consulting experience OR a combination.
• At least 11 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Professional HR certification or Senior Professional HR certification or coaching certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Consult with clients, other HRBPs, and HR partner groups to effectively execute on people strategy, HR processes, and reporting.
• Partner with clients to build effective relationships, manage stakeholders, and understand business imperatives to align HR solutions with business needs.
• Consult with associates, managers, and HR partners who require assistance on HR-related issues.
• Coach people managers on leadership skills and org design, using Capital One's Include/Empower/Inspire framework.
• Provide strategic consulting and workforce planning and deliver an HR strategy aligned with business needs.
• Support planning and delivery of core HR processes from performance & talent management to leadership development and change management.
• Support senior leaders on building an inclusive and diverse team and a culture of belonging.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients, other HRBPs, and HR partner groups (people analytics, recruiting, compensation, tech talent, AR, diversity & inclusion) to effectively execute on people strategy, HR processes, and reporting
• Partner with clients to build effective relationships, effectively manage stakeholders, and understand business imperatives to effectively execute on HR solutions that are aligned to the business needs
• Consult with associates, managers, and HR partners who require assistance on HR-related issues
• Coach people managers on situations including general leadership skills (leveraging Capital One's Include/Empower/Inspire framework), org design, performance concerns
• Responsible for providing strategic consulting and workforce planning and delivering an HR strategy that is aligned with the business needs
• Support the planning and delivery of core HR processes ranging from performance & talent management, leadership development, to change management and organizational design (including spans and layers work)
• Support senior leaders on key areas such as building an inclusive and diverse team, creating a culture of belonging, and acting as a sounding board for all associates to encourage cross pollination, collaboration, and high performance

Basic Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s Degree or PGDM
• Full-time
• At least 11 years of client facing experience OR at least 11 years of consulting experience OR a combination
• At least 11 years of experience in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification
• 13+ years of client facing experience or 13+ years of consulting experience or 13+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting
• 4+ years of people management experience
