Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10-15 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or transformation.
• Strong experience in end-to-end enterprise or global processes and governance.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders across global teams.
• Change management experience and ability to govern process changes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end procurement process across upstream and downstream activities.
• Define and maintain global process standards, governance, and operating procedures.
• Ensure consistent process execution across regions, teams, and business units.
• Act as the key escalation point for process issues and opportunities.
• Lead the design, review, and enhancement of procurement processes across sourcing, contracting, purchasing, supplier management, and related downstream activities.
• Partner with sourcing, procurement operations, finance, and stakeholders to align requirements and priorities.
• Drive process simplification, standardization, and control improvements.
• Support adoption of process changes and ensure alignment with compliance and objectives.
• Work with senior global/regional stakeholders to manage priorities, risks, and decisions.
• Facilitate governance forums, process reviews, and leadership discussions.
• Prepare executive updates, presentations, and process documentation.
• Lead transformation initiatives, system enhancements, and operating model changes.
• Monitor KPIs and reporting; maintain governance materials and SOPs.

We will count on you to:

Global Process Ownership:

• Own the end-to-end procurement process across upstream and downstream activities
• Define and maintain global process standards, governance, and operating procedures
• Ensure consistent process execution across regions, teams, and business units
• Act as the key escalation point for process issues, gaps, and improvement opportunities

Procurement Process Leadership:

• Lead the design, review, and enhancement of procurement processes across sourcing, contracting, purchasing, supplier management, and related downstream activities
• Partner with sourcing, procurement operations, finance, and business stakeholders to align process requirements and priorities
• Drive process simplification, standardization, and control improvements
• Support adoption of process changes and ensure alignment with compliance and business objectives

Stakeholder Management, Governance, and Change Leadership:

• Work closely with senior global and regional stakeholders to manage priorities, risks, and decisions
• Facilitate governance forums, process reviews, and leadership discussions
• Prepare executive-level updates, presentations, and process documentation
• Act as a change manager for Global Sourcing and Procurement, reviewing, governing, and approving process changes across GSP
• Build strong relationships across functions to influence, align, and drive change effectively

Continuous Improvement and Transformation:

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and user experience across procurement processes
• Use available technology, data, and automation to simplify work and reduce manual effort
• Lead or support transformation initiatives, system enhancements, and operating model changes
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement across the procurement lifecycle

Reporting, Analysis, and Documentation:

• Monitor process performance through KPIs, metrics, and reporting routines
• Analyze process issues, trends, and root causes to support decision-making
• Maintain clear documentation, governance materials, and standard operating procedures
• Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and workflow systems to manage and communicate progress

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree with 10-15 years of experience
• Strong experience in procurement, sourcing, process ownership, procurement operations, or transformation
• Proven experience managing end-to-end enterprise or global processes
• Strong understanding of upstream and downstream procurement, governance, and operating models
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and leading across global, regional, and functional teams
• Strong change management experience, including reviewing, approving, and governing process changes
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment
