This role involves managing the central region's independent franchise bottler for the Company in the states of MP, Chhattisgarh & Maharashtra. These markets present unique characteristics and challenges, necessitating the crafting of a long-term vision and implementation of strategies in collaboration with Bottler teams and BU functional leads. The role aims to bring the networked organization to life by leveraging resources across different functions within the Operating Unit.The key responsibility of this role is to articulate the business strategy clearly and align multiple stakeholders from diverse functional backgrounds. Internal interface will involve interaction with departments, bottlers, Next gen, Vendors & Suppliers.The incumbent of this role will be accountable for the P&L of the geography for the system and the OU. The role involves working closely with Bottler Owners, Next Gen Bottlers, Senior Management, Region/Division/Cluster Function Managers, Marketing Managers/Brand Directors/Marketing Team, Technical & Supply Chain Managers, as well as teams on the ground. Extensive travel to Delhi, Gurgaon, Nagpur, and the 3 states is required.Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for the P&L of the geography for the system and the OU- Achieve volume and market share objectives as per BP- Manage Bottler brand mix to leverage brand preference and deliver market share objectives- Coordinate the development of Annual BP for the bottlers and track execution- Set up, track, and manage Bottler DME/DFR budgets- Ensure execution of annual Customer & Commercial Business Plans- Recommend overall brand/price/pack/channel plans for the franchise- Ensure distribution capability efficiencies and outlet execution benchmarks are met- Share information with Bottler, advertising, and research agencies for cohesive strategies- Expand the capability for Long Term Deliveries for Franchise Bottler- Manage, expand, and build performance through metrics- Build alignment with Bottler and ensure rapid execution of decisions- Manage market dynamics and Market intelligenceRelated Work Experience:- MBA from a reputed institute- 8-12 years of work experience in the FMCG/Beverage industry in managing Sales operations at the regional levelKey Skills & Competencies:- Influencing for Results- Strategic Negotiation & Stakeholder Alignment- Communicate with Impact- Business Integration Acumen- Value Chain Economics- Revenue Growth Management (RGM)- Business Planning Excellence- Market Dynamics & Consumer Insight- Execution Excellence- Channel Management ExpertiseSuccess in this role will require:- Growth mindset with high learning agility- Collaborative leadership to work across diverse functional teams- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive structured outcomes- Passion for building high-performance teams and scalable business modelsAnnual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 15,
