M&GPrudential in Mumbai seeks a Senior Manager – Finance Operations (Reference Data Management) to oversee governance of reference data, mappings, and hierarchies across reporting platforms. The role ensures accuracy of changes from business rules and maintains evidence for auditability.

The incumbent will supervise data ingestion into the Fin Lakehouse (FLH) from upstream sources, monitor monthly and daily loads, and coordinate with Finance, Liquidity Reporting, Investment Data and Technology

• Oversee the governance of finance reference data, hierarchies and mapping structures across reporting platforms.
• Monitor data ingestion into the Fin Lakehouse from upstream sources and track monthly/daily data loads and stress testing.
• Track readiness of PS15/25 Liquidity Reporting inputs across monthly and stress reporting cycles.
• Collaborate with Finance, Liquidity Reporting, Investment Data, FADS and Technology to assess downstream impacts and support controlled changes.
• Maintain documentation, trackers and evidence for mapping changes, ingestion monitoring and auditability of the liquidity reporting support process.

Ensure approved changes are accurately implemented, validated and documented. This includes implementing changes resulting from business initiatives such as new funds, instruments, reporting requirements, or modifications to source system attributes. The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the mapping tables based on business notifications of changes and the associated business requirements provided.**2.** **Data Ingestion Oversight & Exception Management**Oversee the ingestion of data into the Fin Lakehouse (FLH) from upstream sources, including the Investment Data Platform (IDP), Aladdin Explore model stress factors, and FADS. This includes monitoring data loads for monthly reporting cycles (Mini dry-run Provision, Long Form, Short Form) as well as daily reporting during stress scenarios. The role is responsible for monitoring the FLH Activity Dashboard and comparing ingestions against the expected list of data loads, escalating ingestion failures or issues, and tracking incidents through to resolution to ensure timely and accurate reporting.**3. Reporting Cycle Readiness and Issue Management**Track readiness of PS15/25 Liquidity Reporting inputs across monthly and stress reporting cycles. Monitor open issues, coordinate timely escalation, follow up on incident resolution, and ensure unresolved items are visible to relevant stakeholders ahead of reporting deadlines.**4. Change Impact Assessment and Stakeholder Coordination**Collaborate with Finance, Liquidity Reporting, Investment Data, FADS, Technology, and other relevant stakeholders to understand mapping or data change requirements, assess downstream reporting impacts, and support controlled implementation of changes.**5.
