Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and preparation of detailed budgets, forecasts and strategic plans for Finance Sub-Functions.
• Manage execution of Finance Sub-Functions strategies and ensure BPA processes are followed.
• Deliver core management reporting and financial planning with complex cost analysis across countries and regions.
• Perform variance analysis during month-end close and prepare decks for leadership reviews.
• Lead ad-hoc cross-functional initiatives within the CFCC BPA team.

SummaryAbout the role:BPA responsibilities over selected portion of the overall ~$700m Global Finance Function P&L. Senior Manager BPA activities within a specific set of Sub-Functions within Finance Function, including FRA. Directly supporting Finance BPA Head for Finance and provide insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to the respective Finance Sub Functions stakeholders in scope of the role.About the RoleKey Requirements:Lead the development and preparation of detailed budget / financial forecasts / Strategic plans for the Finance Sub-Functions in scope of the roleManage the execution of selected Finance Sub-Functions strategies and correct and timely implementation of BPA processes and policies and ensure adherence thereofDeliver core management reporting and financial planning processes to ensure the effective and timely delivery of insightful, recurring or ad-hoc financial information through complex cost analysis covering multiple countries, regions and global Finance teamsProactively drive performance and carry out value-added analyses on financial data: Functional Expenses, Other Income and Expenses, End to End Finance business partnering for selected Finance Sub-FunctionsWork closely with selected Finance Sub-Function leaders and stakeholders in driving performance to be in line with budgets / agreed TargetsMonth close analysis and explanation of variances.
