Job Description
  • Engagement with marketing for customer management.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of various financial reports / dashboard related to marketing accounts / trackers like sales report, collection reports, accounts receivable with ageing, LC/ BG reports and channel financing pertaining to customers.
  • Ensuring proper handling of the invoice collection, dispute management, identification/ resolution of disputes, and use of collected data to update.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements (such as GAAP or IFRS). Ensuring compliance of direct taxes, indirect taxes, FEMA laws and other applicable laws pertaining to accounts receivable processes.
  • Support in budget activities, conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial performance against budgeted and forecasted figures. Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of concern.
  • Cash flow management: Manage cash flow, ensuring the organization has sufficient liquidity to meet its financial obligations. Monitor working capital and recommend strategies to improve cash flow efficiency.
  • Risk management Support to hedging team with required inputs for hedging.
  • Ensuring compliances of sales and marketing SOPs along with DoAs.
  • Providing inputs / co-owner for E-commerce platform and enhancement of SAP platform.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the sales finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal / statutory audit and fulfilment of other business requirements.
Qualifications
  • Over 12 years experience work experience.
  • Expert knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office (Ms Excel, Ms Word, PowerPoint) and ERP.
  • Proficient in interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility when dealing with changing priorities and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and quick to learn with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in a team or independently in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
