I&P GN - SC&E – Senior Manager - Enterprise AI Value Strategy-EVS Job Description

The ideal candidate for a Senior Manager in the Supply Chain team shall be, A subject matter expert in application of data science methodologies in one or more areas of supply chain analytics: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Network Design, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, After Market, or Control Tower Create new innovative offerings and lead workstreams in their area of expertise; demonstrate thought leadership which helps the growth of the Practice via new client work and more trained team members.

Support business development and communicate with leaders in client teams to understand business challenges, be the solution architect, design and get buy-in for the analytics solution and serve as delivery lead of one or more Manager-led teams during project execution.

Job Qualifications

Experience and Education: Ideal candidates should have a Ph.D. or a Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline like Statistics/ Economics/ Operations Research/ Computer Science, etc.

Work experience in data science applications should be 11+ years after Master’s degree or 8+ years after Ph.D., with at least 7 years in advanced analytics solutions design and delivery experience in supply chain/logistics/manufacturing/ production. Global client experience is a plus.

Certifications in any one or two of the areas will be an added advantage: Python, AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Optimization, Simulation, data science application on any of the cloud platforms (Azure/ GCP/ AWS).
