Job summary

Growth For Impact is seeking a senior Data Governance Lead in Bengaluru to steer the rollout of an enterprise-wide Data Governance and Data Quality framework. You will lead cross-functional programs and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable data capabilities mitigating regulatory risks.

The role focuses on establishing governance policies, standards, controls, and operating models, while driving adoption and continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the rollout of an enterprise-wide Data Governance and Data Quality framework, leading people, processes, and technology.
• Lead complex cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives that enhance Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Products while driving adoption of governance policies, standards, controls, and operating models.
• Act as a strategic partner to business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, product-oriented data capabilities supporting business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Create an enterprise-wide Data Quality Governance program scalable at the Content Operations level to meet customer and operational needs.
• Lead and govern the enterprise-wide Data Governance implementation roadmap, including strategic priorities for developing data product and information management capabilities.
• Manage the rollout and continuous improvement of the enterprise Data Governance Framework, including policies, standards, controls, stewardship models, operating procedures, and assessment frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with data-related policies, standards, regulatory requirements, and governance controls across business and technology functions.
• Champion industry best practices in Data Governance and Data Quality.
• Define and implement enterprise Data Quality strategies, frameworks
