Job summary

Clarivate is seeking a senior data governance leader in Bengaluru to drive enterprise data governance strategies and quality initiatives. You will oversee cross-functional teams, align governance with strategic decisions, and collaborate with global leaders to integrate data insights into business plans.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 12 years of data governance experience with 5 to 7 years in development and execution of data governance strategies.
• Minimum 5 years in establishing and overseeing data governance frameworks, policies, and quality standards.
• Must have bachelor's degree in information systems, MIS, Data Analytics/Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain/Operations Management.

• Lead and manage one or more teams to achieve operational goals, overseeing performance, guiding work, and driving short-term results that support departmental and organizational objectives.
• Lead enterprise data governance by developing and executing long-term strategies, driving data quality and improvement initiatives, establishing governance frameworks and standards, and partnering with leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
• Influence diverse stakeholder groups and drive acceptance of policies, practices and procedures within broader areas of responsibility.
• Influence strategic initiatives at the department-level and provide input on strategic initiatives for the organization.
• Deliver consistent and timely training, guidance and feedback to encourage success, staffing based decisions, promote colleague growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities.

About You

Must hold a bachelor's degree in information systems, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics/Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain/Operations Management.

About the Team

The team manages and governs customer master data across Salesforce and finance systems by ensuring data quality, compliance with governance standards, and seamless system integration.

Leads data cleansing, hierarchy management, and large-scale data improvement initiatives while collaborating with Business Operations, Sales Operations, Order Management, Billing, Tax, and other stakeholders to support business processes and CRM transformation projects.

Hours of Work

2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST schedule (including one hour break)
