This role is responsible for managing and leading teams encompassing various levels of contributors, ensuring defined performance objectives, resource allocation, and efficient resolution of credit and collection matters. The role aligns metrics with corporate goals, oversees credit and collection operations at a regional or CoE level, and collaborates across internal departments to address non-payment issues. The role evaluates credit risk, negotiates with high-value customers, drives resolution for challenges, and fosters talent development while providing expert leadership.
Recommended: Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in collection, credit, banking, or a related field.
Impacts large functions and leads projects requiring knowledge of multiple disciplines or areas of HP.
Uses managerial concepts and company objectives to resolve highly complex issues in creative and effective ways. May achieve goals through subordinate supervisors.
