Job summary

Seven N Half in Mumbai seeks an experienced Category Manager to drive growth in beauty and personal care. You will lead category strategies, negotiate supplier contracts, optimize inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve assortment and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 6–12 years in category management within FMCG, strong knowledge of cosmetics and hair care, and a proven supplier-negotiation track record to secure favorable terms.

Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in Category Management or related field within FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of beauty & personal care products such as cosmetics, hair care, perfumes etc.
• Proven track record in developing successful negotiation skills for supplier agreements.

Responsibilities
