About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Sr. Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the functioning of our offline centers. This role requires strong operational expertise, problem-solving ability, and a passion for driving efficiency while ensuring a superior student experience.

The ideal candidate should have experience in managing teams, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and executing initiatives that enhance performance across centers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Center Launch & Optimization

  • Lead the operational setup and smooth launch of new offline centers.
  • Ensure processes are in place for seamless functioning from day one.

2. Cost Efficiency

  • Implement cost optimization strategies for existing and upcoming centers.
  • Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and introduce measures to maintain profitability.

3. Student Experience

  • Drive initiatives to enhance the student experience at offline centers.
  • Introduce innovative solutions to improve engagement, comfort, and satisfaction.

4. Data-Driven Operations

  • Utilize data insights to identify gaps and optimize center performance.
  • Create dashboards/reports to track key operational metrics and ensure continuous improvement.

5. New Initiatives

  • Conceptualize and execute operational strategies to elevate efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out new projects and ensure successful adoption.

Experience & Skills Required

Work Experience:

  • 4–5 years of experience in Operations (preferably in EdTech, Retail, or Service Industry).
  • Proven track record of managing multiple centers or large-scale operations.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
