Job summary

Fractal in Mumbai is seeking a highly analytical finance professional to build and lead the Reporting & Analytics capability within Business Finance. The role collaborates with Business Finance SPOCs to create consistent, high-quality reporting and analytics at both business and enterprise levels.

The ideal candidate is a CA or MBA Finance with 6–9 years of experience in business finance, management reporting, or finance analytics, with preference for IT services or analytics-driven environments.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA Finance from a reputed institution.
• 6–9 years of relevant experience in business finance, management reporting, or analytics.
• Experience in IT services, consulting, analytics or technology services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Reporting & Analytics capability within Business Finance.

Role Purpose

• We are looking for a highly analytical finance professional to build and lead the Reporting & Analytics capability within Business Finance. The role will work closely with Business Finance SPOCs supporting different businesses, geographies and portfolios to create consistent, high-quality reporting and analytics at two levels:
• Business-level reporting and insights to enable individual Business Finance SPOCs and business leaders to understand and manage performance; and
• Enterprise-level consolidated reporting and analytics supporting senior leadership.

The focus is on creating a strong business performance reporting, analytics and insights engine that enables Business Finance teams to spend more time partnering with the business and driving decisions.

Ideal Candidate

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA Finance from a reputed institution.
• 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, Management Reporting, Business Analytics, Finance Analytics or similar roles.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in IT Services, Consulting, Analytics, Technology Services or other services businesses.

Experience supporting multiple businesses, business units or geographies will be advantageous.
