Requirements

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA (preferably from a reputed institute with a good academic background)
• Experience working with senior partners in consulting firms or engaging directly with CXOs in the industry
• Strong understanding of business and financial metrics in a consulting environment
• Ability to conduct strategic research and present insights in senior leadership forums
• Experience in building high-quality proposals and presenting with conviction
• Proven capability to manage day-to-day operations of partner or CXO offices, coordinating across multiple teams
• Experience in driving strategic programs, special projects, and transformation initiatives end-to-end
• Strong leadership communication skills, including drafting high-quality messaging, presentations, and internal communications
• Ability to drive client engagements, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives
• High levels of confidentiality, discretion, and executive maturity in handling sensitive matters
• Creative thinker with strong articulation and storytelling skills
• Sound knowledge of the Indian and global financial services sector
