Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to build, manage, and scale high-impact partnerships with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, distribution channels and enterprise clients.

You will lead negotiations, oversee partnership terms, align product and marketing teams, and drive revenue growth through new partners and expansion with existing ones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA from a reputed institute is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's strategic partnership roadmap.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard new strategic partners.

• Collaborate with Product & Tech, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams for partner integration.
• Monitor partner performance and define growth plans to maximize business outcomes.
• Present business cases, partnership proposals, and performance reports to senior leadership.
• Track partnership KPIs, revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition metrics.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

• Strong network of B2C platforms and marketplaces, e-com platforms, media platforms etc.
