• 8+ years of ML/DL experience with a fully technical background. The previous experience should not be in non-tech roles.
• Experience focused on production projects only, with no capstone or internet-based projects.

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced ML/AI Engineer with 8+ years in developing and deploying ML, DL, NLP, and computer vision solutions.

Must be proficient in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and NLP tools like Huggingface and SpaCy.

Hands-on experience with cloud (AWS/Azure), MLOps, API development (FastAPI), and deployment using Docker/Kubernetes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement ML/DL, natural language processing, and computer vision models and algorithms to address complex business problems.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand specific requirements and develop and integrate ML solutions into the existing technology stack.
3. Analyze and improve the performance of existing ML/DL/AI models by optimizing algorithms, tuning hyperparameters, and using advanced techniques such as transfer learning and reinforcement learning.
4. Conduct research on the latest trends in Analytics, ML, AI, computer vision, and NLP, and incorporate new findings into the development process to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of technological innovation.
5. Develop and maintain clear documentation for AI models, processes, and results to ensure transparency and ease of use for other team members.
6. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality and maintainability of the codebase.
7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior ML engineers and data scientists.
8. Work with pre-sales team as an SME to gather requirements, conceptualize solutions, and present the same to clients.
