Job Position : Senior Manager / AGM – Architect

Plan, design and supervise the construction, adaptation and development of building and land having regard to functional, aesthetic requirements as well as achieve the best architectural and interior design solution for LEED and CDM certification.

Key responsibilities include:

• Produce designs for building and other building projects in accordance with a brief or specification maximizing on location-wise FSI.
• Discuss design requirements with clients (internal & external clients) and other interested parties to determine the detailed project specifications in relation to the type and style of construction, cost limitations and landscaping and planning requirements.
• Carry out a thorough site survey (if required) to determine site characteristics and to assess likely problems.
• Advise (internal & external clients) on details of the proposed construction, including impact on surrounding area, and keep informed of progress.
• Prepare Documents, detailed drawings and design specifications and submit these for approval by relevant planning authorities.
• Negotiate and oversee relations with various Govt. Authorities to ensure that work is carried out and ensuring approvals for the projects in accordance with agreed timescales and costs.
• Maintain an awareness of developments in the field of architecture so that up-to-date and accurate advice can be given to clients (internal & external clients).
• Coordination with Internal Team & other Team Members for successful execution of the project.
• Liaisoning with Govt. Authorities for approvals of plans, designs, etc.
• Effective Communication with Internal and External clients.
• Handling a team of Liaisoners for getting sanctions for various projects from the various authorities.
• Coordination with Legal, Design, Infrastructure, Marketing, Funding team for smooth flow of the projects.
• Responsible for design & implement the entire process of Documentation, Proposals, Approvals for various projects.
• Design & implement the MIS for the Liasioning Team.
• Responsible for getting sanctions & approvals for the projects.
• Maintain excellent Client Relationship (i.e. with various Govt. Authorities).
