Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Account-Based Marketing, to drive growth through strategic campaigns targeting high-value accounts. This role is essential for accelerating pipeline development and deepening engagement with key segments. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and other teams to execute campaigns that generate targeted pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Account-Based Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    • Define, orchestrate, and report on demand generation efforts for specific segments and personas across their lifecycle stages.
    • Develop and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns aligned with sales priorities and business goals.
    • Partner with sales to identify target accounts, craft personalized tactics, and measure pipeline impact.
    • Manage campaign timelines, assets, and execution across channels including social media, email, digital, events, and direct mail.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work with product marketing, content, and digital teams to develop compelling messaging and assets tailored to targeted accounts.
    • Coordinate campaign efforts with marketing teams to ensure consistency.
  3. Event and Campaign Integration:
    • Support execution of campaigns related to virtual and in-person events.
    • Collaborate with the events team to enhance account engagement and maximize ROI from field marketing activities.
  4. Campaign Performance & Optimization:
    • Monitor, report, and analyze campaign metrics related to engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
    • Use insights to optimize campaign strategies and account engagement.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in account-based marketing or integrated campaigns within SaaS or tech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of multi-touch campaign execution across email, digital, content, and events.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms for campaign management and tracking.
  • Excellent analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data and reporting.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Creative and strategic thinker passionate about building compelling experiences for target accounts.
