Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Risk, IT Risk, or IT Audit.
- Strong knowledge of IT controls and information security.
- Experience with risk assessments and technology audits.
- Familiarity with SEBI regulations related to tech and cybersecurity.
- Experience in Banking/Financial Services or Capital Markets preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technology and IT risk assessments and identify control gaps.
- Review IT controls and recommend improvements.
- Monitor and report technology risks to senior management.
- Review IT and cybersecurity incidents and identify root causes.
- Support BCP and DR activities.
- Ensure technology processes comply with regulatory requirements.
- Assess risks related to IT vendors and service providers.
- Monitor emerging technology and cybersecurity risks.
- Assess and monitor AI/ML risks.
- Maintain risk registers and track mitigation actions.

We are looking for experienced Technology Risk professionals to join the Enterprise Risk Management team.
The role focuses on identifying, assessing and managing risks related to IT systems, applications, cybersecurity and technology. The candidate will also work on IT controls, technology audits, regulatory compliance, business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Conduct technology and IT risk assessments and identify control gaps
- Review IT controls and recommend improvements
- Monitor and report technology risks to senior management
- Review IT and cybersecurity incidents and identify root causes
- Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) activities
- Ensure technology processes comply with regulatory requirements
- Assess risks related to IT vendors and service providers
- Monitor emerging technology and cybersecurity risks
- Assess and monitor risks related to AI/ML usage
- Maintain risk registers and track risk mitigation actions
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Risk, IT Risk, Technology Audit or IT Audit
- Strong understanding of IT risk and cybersecurity
- Experience in risk assessments and technology audits
- Knowledge of IT controls and information security
- Understanding of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
- Knowledge of SEBI regulations related to technology and cybersecurity
