Job summary

Publicis Groupe ANZ in Mumbai seeks an experienced consultant-leader to drive client mandates and profitability. You will own a P&L, contribute to new business activity, and mentor junior colleagues while delivering strategic consulting services under senior guidance.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 to 8 years of experience with leadership of multiple mandates and preferably managing a P&L.
• Understanding of how agency services, products, offerings contribute to client retention and growth.
• Articulate and professional in representation and conduct.
• Able to guide and mentor junior colleagues and act as a trusted partner to senior colleagues.
• Respectful and tactful with co-workers and clients, demonstrating a team- and client-first approach.
