Job summary

Axtria - Ingenious Insights seeks an accomplished Solution Architect to define and own the end-to-end architecture for Vault CRM implementations and migrations. You will translate business objectives into a comprehensive target architecture spanning Vault CRM, Veeva suite, integrations, data, analytics and security, serving as the technical authority to US client architecture teams.

You will lead architecture discovery, design data models for LS Cloud, define integration patterns with MuleSoft

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in a pharma analytics company or with a Pharma company in an analytics role.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent).
• Experience in solution architecture and Salesforce/Veeva ecosystem is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution discovery and current-state assessment.
• Design target-state architecture for LS Cloud / Health Cloud data model and security.
• Define integration architecture with MuleSoft, data warehouses, and MDM.
• Guide technical leads on Salesforce design patterns and governor limits.
• Lead architecture review boards and ensure Well-Architected adherence.
• Drive reusability through accelerators and reference architectures.
• Support pre-sales: solution shaping, effort estimation, and RFP responses.

Job description

Position Summary

Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for Vault CRM implementation and migration programs. Translate business objectives into a target architecture spanning Vault CRM, the broader Veeva suite (Network, Align, Events, MedComms), integrations, data, analytics, and security. Serve as the technical authority across the engagement and the primary architect-facing interface with US client architecture teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead solution discovery, current-state assessment, and target-state architecture design on the Salesforce platform for Life Sciences
• Design the LS Cloud / Health Cloud data model (HCP, HCO, Affiliation, Care Program, Patient), security model, and sharing strategy
• Define integration architecture using MuleSoft, platform events, and Salesforce connectors to Veeva Network, SAP, data warehouses, and MDM
• Architect Agentforce agent design for commercial and medical use cases (pre-call, next-best-action, MedComms triage)
• Produce architecture artifacts: HLD, LLD, integration architecture, data flow diagrams, NFR specifications
• Guide Technical Leads and developers on Salesforce design patterns; enforce governor-limit-aware design and resolve technical escalations
• Lead architecture review boards; ensure adherence to Salesforce Well-Architected and LS Cloud best practices
• Drive reusability — build accelerators, reference architectures, and LS Cloud solution patterns for the practice
• Support pre-sales: solution shaping, effort estimation, RFP responses, and client presentations

Education
