• Lead Recon application development, enhancements, and defect resolution.
• Translate banking requirements into technical design and sprint/release plans.
• Provide handson technical direction — reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring.
• Manage full delivery lifecycle: estimation, planning, resourcing, risk, and reporting.
• Drive engineering discipline: coding standards, CI/CD, release governance.
• Partner with QA, infra, and support teams for smooth releases and stable operations.
• Mentor developers into senior/lead roles, building future leadership.

Required Background

• Strong Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, RDBMS background with handson coding experience.
• Clear career progression from developer delivery/technical lead.
• Banking/financial services domain experience (highvolume, batch, settlement workflows).
• Proven delivery leadership for teams of 8–20 engineers.
• Strong problemsolving orientation and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of reconciliation applications and workflows.
