Job summary

Valeo India Private Limited seeks a Senior Site Management Controller to lead monthly closing, analyze variances, and report on P&L performance. The role consolidates weekly financial results, KPIs, and internal controls while aligning with budgets and the medium-term plan.

Qualifications

• Participate in monthly closing processes and challenge results.
• Provide analysis of monthly results to management, explain variances vs. budget, and perform P&L analysis.
• Consolidate financial performance with weekly reporting and KPI tracking (Overdues Ext. and Int, Internal Control).
• Contribute to budget and medium-term plan processes, guidelines and standard templates.

Responsibilities

• Achieve on-site management control reviews and pre-validate IAR and CAA workflows.
• Propose and implement solutions for inter-site, product line, and transfer pricing matters.
• Benchmark and standardize management control tools across sites and product groups.
• Ensure deployment of standard tools from Group/Division/PG/PL within RO and support ethics & compliance programs.

Provides analysis of monthly results to the management (explain variance vs. budget, month N-1 on all P&L and activity analysis lines) Consolidate the financial performance (weekly reporting), and KPI (Overdues Ext. and Int, Internal Control) Consolidate actions of Back on Track Contribute to budget and MTP processes (guidelines, recharges, standard templates…) Benchmarks and standardizes management control tools Achieves specific ad-hoc analysis Proposes solutions for the litigations between sites, product lines, product groups (transfer price, R&D recharges…) Achieves on-site management control reviews Review and pre-validate IAR (respect of appropriate work flow) Review and pre-validate CAA (respect of appropriate work flow) Ensure the deployment of standard tools from Group/Division/PG/PL within RO Contribute to Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting code of Ethics and Valeo’s policies.
