Job summary

SAL Hospital & Medical Institute in Gujarat is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee daily hospital maintenance and engineering operations. You will ensure reliable electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and safety compliance, coordinating with departments and external vendors.

The role includes planning preventive and corrective maintenance, managing budgets, supervising the maintenance team, and upholding statutory requirements to keep hospital facilities safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 5–8 years in maintenance/engineering management in healthcare
• Strong knowledge of hospital utilities (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, medical gas, DG sets, lifts)
• Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance, vendor management, and team supervision
• Knowledge of safety standards, statutory compliance, and maintenance documentation

Preferred candidate profile
