Job summary

Quantiphi seeks engineers to design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI applications using LLMs in a Chennai-based environment. You will build autonomous multi-agent workflows and integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs.

The role emphasizes RAG solutions with vector databases, prompt orchestration, tool calling, memory, and reasoning workflows, while enforcing responsible AI, security, and governance controls in production systems.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with designing AI agents and LLM-driven workflows.
• Proficient with retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases.
• Strong understanding of cloud and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI applications using LLMs.
• Build autonomous and multi-agent workflows.
• Develop REST APIs and microservices supporting AI solutions.
• Monitor AI agents, APIs, LLM services, and RAG pipelines.
• Troubleshoot prompt failures, hallucinations, grounding issues, and workflow problems.

• Build prompt orchestration, tool calling, memory, and reasoning workflows.
• Implement responsible AI, security, and governance controls.
• Develop REST APIs and microservices supporting AI applications.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and cost of AI solutions.
• Monitor AI agents, APIs, LLM services, and RAG pipelines.
• Analyze incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Troubleshoot prompt failures, hallucinations, grounding issues, and workflow
• Monitor token consumption, latency, throughput, and operational costs.
• Experience with LLM observability, evaluation, and production monitoring
• Manage production deployments and environment configurations
