Job summary

NLB Services is seeking a hands-on AI/LLM Engineer to design and build multi-agent orchestration pipelines for enterprise use. You will implement HITL workflows, integrate Azure OpenAI or Vertex AI, and create secure, auditable AI systems with robust error handling and logging.

The role emphasizes reliability, security, and scalable deployment using Docker and Kubernetes, with experience in RAG, embeddings, and structured outputs. You will productionize LLM solutions across environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with building AI/LLM applications.
• Strong knowledge of multi-agent orchestration and HITL concepts.
• Expertise in prompt engineering and structured outputs.
• Experience with embeddings, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
• Proficiency in Azure OpenAI and Vertex AI integrations.
• REST API / OpenAPI integration experience.
• SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL, on cloud platforms.
• Docker containerization and Kubernetes deployment.
• Git workflows and CI/CD automation.

Job description

Design and develop multi-agent AI orchestration pipelines and AI agent workflows.

• Build Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows with approval, review, and escalation mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain LLM integration layers / Model Abstraction Layers.
• Perform advanced Prompt Engineering, including system prompts, few-shot prompting and structured outputs.
• Build RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
• Integrate Azure OpenAI / Vertex AI models through managed APIs.
• Develop deterministic tools for REST APIs, database queries, file parsing, validation, and enterprise data retrieval.
• Implement robust error handling, retry mechanisms, token management, and LLM failure mitigation.
• Build audit-ready logging covering agent actions, evidence retrieval, decisions, and outputs.
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy on Kubernetes (AKS/GKE).
