Job summary

Citi in Mumbai seeks an experienced senior developer to design and deliver a Client Connectivity platform with ultra-low latency Java stack and an HFT framework. You will work with business, QA, and operations to ensure clear requirements and robust implementation.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, collaboration across global teams, and ongoing support for new enhancements in a fast-paced trading environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Low latency Java Stack
• Knowledge of building ultra-low latency platforms is a big plus
• Experience with Microservices architecture is a big plus
• Exposure to electronic trading and financial markets
• Experience with FIX/Binary protocols
• Familiar with Open HFT & Chronicle is a big Plus

• Work as part of a global development team, to ensure that global tools and technologies are leveraged.

• Experience of working in a trading environment
• Good Analytical skills
• Familiar with DevOps tools, CI/CD, and BitBucket
