Job summary

Tredence Inc. is seeking an experienced Looker Developer to design and deliver scalable BI dashboards and semantic data models in Bengaluru. You will work with Looker, LookML, Snowflake, and SQL to translate business requirements into robust analytics solutions.

You will collaborate with data engineers and analysts, establish governance standards, optimize performance, and enable trusted decision-making across key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of hands‑on experience with Looker development.
• 4 to 5+ years of BI development experience using tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, or similar platforms.
• Strong expertise in LookML, Explores, Looks, and Dashboard development.
• Experience working with Snowflake as a backend database.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and BI architecture knowledge.
• Understanding of Looker performance tuning, governance, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Looker.
