Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, is seeking a Senior Lead Toxicologist for the Mumbai-based role. You will provide toxicology support for flavor ingredients, develop safety assessments, and coordinate testing strategies across global markets.

You will collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Commercial and Creative teams, review toxicity studies, translate findings for diverse audiences, and engage with industry associations and regulators.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Broad experience in toxicology, including repeat-dose, genotoxicity, and reproductive/developmental toxicity studies.
• Familiarity with FDA, FEMA, EU and CODEX frameworks.
