Job summary

BrowserStack, a remote-first cloud-based software testing platform, seeks a strategic Growth leader based in Mumbai to drive revenue with founders and executives. The role focuses on ownership of pipeline, growth experiments, and cross-functional execution in a B2B context.

You will partner with executive leadership to translate data into actionable strategies, own growth initiatives, and scale outcomes while operating in a remote-first environment from Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 6-13 years of professional experience, preferably in a business ownership/consulting role.
• Exceptional understanding of business metrics and revenue models.
• Advanced executive communication and presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and translating data into growth strategies.
• Solid understanding of copywriting, visual design, and website optimization.

Location: This is a remote position; however, the role requires the candidate to be based in Mumbai.

Role in a Nutshell:

This is a Strategic opportunity to lead the growth engine at BrowserStack, a role that demands a rare blend of deep business ownership, pipeline management, and creative technical oversight.

You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, and execute high-impact growth strategies.

A person in this role within 2 years will build a deep understanding of how the business functions and successfully scale any business in the future.

Desired Experience:

• Professional Experience: 6-13 years of professional experience, preferably in a business ownership/consulting role
• Business Acumen: Exceptional understanding of business metrics and revenue models.
• Communication Skills: Advanced executive communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
• Technical Familiarity: While business skills are primary, a solid understanding of copywriting, visual design, and website optimization is preferable.
