Job summary

BrowserStack is seeking a Strategy professional to identify opportunities across developer markets and product lines to accelerate revenue growth. Reporting to Senior Manager, Strategy, you will work with Product, Marketing and Sales leaders to craft data-driven growth plans.

The role requires 4+ years of strategy, consulting, growth or BizOps experience and strong analytical, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. This is a remote-first role based in Mumbai with global impact.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience with at least 2+ years in management consulting, Growth, BizOps & Strategy.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate a long-term vision.
• Keeps current with developer or SaaS market ecosystem and translates insights into cross-selling strategy.
• Demonstrates leadership, collaboration, and executive presence; comfortable with ambiguity and influencing across levels.
• Ability to structure, manage, and coordinate multiple complex cross-functional projects across senior/junior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs to formulate data-driven strategies to boost product revenue and market share.
• Lead key projects related to BrowserStack’s Growth Drivers to drive recommendations to the Executive Committee.
• Identify, prioritize, structure, and manage complex issues that drive product priorities and monetization strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of final strategies.
• Own the lifecycle of strategic initiatives from concept to execution and outcome assessment with measurable impact.
• Work with limited direction in a complex environment to produce rigorous, fact-based recommendations for leadership.

Location

This is a remote position; however, the role requires the candidate to be based in Mumbai.

Role In a Nutshell

Strategy team is responsible for identifying short-term & long-term opportunities across developer markets & product lines to accelerate BrowserStack’s revenue growth & to develop the vision for BrowserStack with a strong strategy plan & hypotheses backed by data. Reporting to Senior Manager, Strategy, this individual will work closely with other Product, Marketing & Sales Heads.

Desired Experience

• The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years experience with at least 2+ years experience in management consulting, Growth, BizOps & Strategy.
• Has superior strategic, analytic, and problem-solving skills, and is capable of clearly communicating a long-term vision across the company and clients.
• Is integrated into the developer or saas market ecosystem stays current on competitive and market trends, and brings those insights to identify strategy for cross-selling.
• Natural collaborator, with excellent communication skills and strong executive presence. Must be disciplined and comfortable with ambiguity, possessing the maturity and capability to interact and influence across multiple levels and a global matrixed organization
• Exhibit relevant and consistent leadership behaviors in team management, customer communications, and internal interactions with peers, senior management, clients, and third-party vendors.
• Ability to structure, manage, and coordinate multiple complex cross-functional projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels

What will you do?

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs and formulate data-driven strategies to enhance product revenue and market share.
• Lead key select projects or major work streams related to Browsertsack’s overall Growth Drivers to ultimately drive recommendations to the Executive Committee
• Identify, prioritize, structure, and manage complex issues that drive product priorities and demonstrate bottom-line results including long-term monetization and commercialization strategies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless implementation of finalized Strategies
• Take ownership of the entire strategic initiative lifecycle, from conceptualization and formulation to execution and outcome assessment. Ensure that strategies are effectively implemented and measure success against predefined metrics, with a focus on achieving tangible dollar benefits.
• Work with limited direction, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based recommendations to executives, functional, or regional management
